Weight Watchers Recipe Of The Week: Smoked Salmon Rolls

Smoked salmon rolls

Makes 24

Ingredients

  • 1 tub Weight Watchers Low Fat Soft Cheese with Roasted Onion & Chives
  • 150g smoked salmon
  • Lemon zest of a small lemon
  • 1 tbsp of finely chopped fresh chives
  • Ground black pepper

 

Instructions

  1. Mix 1 tub Weight Watchers Low Fat Soft Cheese with Roasted Onion & Chives with a squeeze of lemon and freshly ground black pepper. Cut 150g smoked salmon into 24(6cmx3.5cm) rectangles.
  2. Place ½ heaped tsp of the soft cheese mixture at one end of a rectangle and roll up. Mix together the finely grated zest of 1 small lemon with 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives and freshly ground black pepper. Dip both ends of one salmon roll in the mixture. Repeat to make 24 rolls.
