Smoked salmon rolls

Ingredients
- 1 tub Weight Watchers Low Fat Soft Cheese with Roasted Onion & Chives
- 150g smoked salmon
- Lemon zest of a small lemon
- 1 tbsp of finely chopped fresh chives
- Ground black pepper
Instructions
- Mix 1 tub Weight Watchers Low Fat Soft Cheese with Roasted Onion & Chives with a squeeze of lemon and freshly ground black pepper. Cut 150g smoked salmon into 24(6cmx3.5cm) rectangles.
- Place ½ heaped tsp of the soft cheese mixture at one end of a rectangle and roll up. Mix together the finely grated zest of 1 small lemon with 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives and freshly ground black pepper. Dip both ends of one salmon roll in the mixture. Repeat to make 24 rolls.
