One teacher from Tipperary is hoping to do something pretty incredible in the coming weeks and months in order to raise vital funds for the HOPE Foundation in Kolkata.
Meet 24-year-old Kevin O’Riordan for Templemore and if his tin-whistle skills (below) don’t wow you, his plan for county-wide domination certainly will.
The determined (and single!) lad aims to take a trip around the Emerald Isle and kick a point in every single GAA club in the country all to raise funds for the cause.
So excited is he about the prospect (and of course the upcoming All-Ireland semi-final against Galway) he took to his primary school tin-whistle to give fans a very rousing rendition of The Sunday Game’s theme tune.
