WATCH: Here’s How You Can Curl Your Hair With Toilet Paper

Talk about budget beauty.

Now this is beauty on a budget.

Heatless curl hacks are ten-a-penny these days, whether it’s socks, twists or sleep-in rollers, we’ve seen it all.

But we haven’t seen this.

YouTuber Nicole Skyes set out to prove that you can use toilet paper to create waves, and did so quite impressively in this video, spotted on Cosmopolitan.

Cutting the toilet roll into strips, she simply wraps a section of hair around the strip and rolls it up to her scalp, securing it with a knot.

However, we’re not fully convinced – although Nicole demonstrates the technique on dry hair and it seems to work pretty well, we reckon our hair needs to be a little damp in order to create a curl that will really last.

And we don’t fancy the toilet paper’s chances against our wet hair.
