This is truly great.
A group of friends were walking near the Sayran reservoir in Almaty, Kazakhstan when they spotted a dog who had fallen in.
Afraid that the animal would get pulled downstream by the current, they acted quickly to rescue him.
As can be viewed in the video below, spotted on Sputnik News, the five friends formed a human chain and managed to pull the dog to safety.

It doesn’t bear thinking about what could have gone wrong but thankfully, everyone emerged unscathed.
This might just restore your faith in humanity, for a little while at least.
