They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. In this short film, beauty is in the hands of the beholder (of a disposable camera).
‘Capturing Our Capital’ was made in April 2013, when 23-year old filmmaker Rebecca Bermingham planted disposable cameras throughout Dublin city centre.
Inviting people to take a snap, Rebecca and her team stood nearby filming people taking up the challenge and using the cameras to take a shot.
The result?
A stunning look at our city, and the people living in it.
This is really worth a look.
