The flight from Glasgow to Dublin had been delayed numerous times.

Shocking footage shows a member of cabin crew tell passengers to calm down if they “don’t want to die”.

Her reader Ella Ryan was on a flight from Glasgow to Dublin, which had been delayed by eight hours with varying explanations as to why.

She explained:

“I was on this flight yesterday, due to leave Glasgow Airport at 15.35 which ended up leaving at 23.35.

After being on two different aircrafts, receiving one voucher to the value of £3.50, continuously receiving inconsistent reasons for the delay.. All hell was breaking loose when a member of staff made this outrageous announcement which only fuelled the already anxious and angry passengers (including children), warning us to calm down if we didn’t want to die.”
