VIDEO: Two Irish Girls Go on a J1 – End Up on One of the Biggest Chat Shows in America

Ending up on The Late Late Show has never been so much fun.

We've all got a few tales to tell from our J1 days, but we imagine as the current crop of students make their way home, Marie and Catriona here have more to boast about than most.

The girls, from Mayo and Sligo respectively, spend the summer months in LA this year and as many do, headed to see one of the big American chat shows being filmed. The students were in the audience for The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson when the Scottish host pulled the pair up for a chat.

It gets a bit cringeworthy when they’re asked about missing the ‘horse and buggy down to the pub’, but they do get a nice meal out for their trouble.
