Remember when you were younger and asked your parents every year for a puppy for your birthday? And when that didn’t work, you asked Santa? In most cases the puppy never arrived and in hindsight your parents were dead right.
Of course, when you hit the ripe old age of 24 and have proved yourself capable of the care required, it might be a different story.
Watch as Lucy Brennan’s dreams finally come true, twice over, on her 24th birthday. It quickly becomes a bit too much for her to take in.
