Reachout.com are an online mental health service for young people. The charity ran a competition called “Inspire a Generation” which is all about breaking the silence around mental health.
The winner of the competition was Catherine O’Brien who put this wonderful piece together which will certainly hit home and get a point across. The piece features a bear who feels a little lonely and isolated.

A worthy winner, Catherine won a €2000 bursary and an internship with a leading advertising agency.
