A student in New Jersey, USA has been charged with assault after horrific footage showing him wrestling his teacher to the ground has emerged.
According to reports, the student was enraged when his phone was confiscated by the teacher, and his classmates look on as he wrestles with his teacher before eventually knocking him to the ground.
The student has been suspended and charged with assault since the incident took place.
