Jesse Gonzalez enlisted the help of his Houston firefighter friends to propose to his girlfriend who is a police officer. Setting himself up in his friend's house, Jesse staged a fake fire so his girlfriend, Olga Peck.
The firefighters were eager to assure people that they were listening out for emergency calls.
