VIDEO: Ain’t No Stoppin’ Him Now – Disabled Piglet Given Gift of Wheelchair

WE WANT TO KEEP HIM.

Her

We love a piglet. Cute, cuddly and with a corkscrew tail – it’d be hard not to want to cuddle one of these little fellas.

So, what happens when there’s a piglet on the farm who doesn’t have the use of his hind legs? In most cases it would be a trail to the chopping block, but not for this little guy.

Chris. P. Bacon (yes, that’s his real name) was adopted by vet Dr. Len Lucero when he realised the fate of the disabled animal if he was left on the farm.

Building him a wheelchair out of toy k’nex (a form of lego), Chris. P. Bacon was given a second chance to get around, explore life and sniff out those truffles.

Dr. Lucero posted a video of his new pal using the wheelchair to YouTube, where it currently has more than 1.8 million views. Chris now has his own YouTube channel, with updates of his daily routine.

Inspiring others with his loveable tale, Chris P. Bacon launched his own autobiography Chris.P.Bacon : My Life So Far, aimed at children aged 4 to 10 to encourage conversation around equality and hope to a younger audience.

We want a pig. Or a copy of the book. Please?

See this little man in action. ADORABLE.
