Lights, camera, aaaawful picture.
It’s widely accepted that the festive season is very much silly season too, when it comes to photographs at least.
Whether you’re sporting a jumper with a light-up tree, your office looks like a tinsel factory exploded or you’ve forced the family dog into a Santa suit, the Christmas snaps are treasured possessions you can look back on and laugh.
So, why not share the laughter, and do some good while you’re at it?
Chances are any dodgy pictures that exist of you have already made their way on to Facebook, (thanks friends and family – really), but if you upload them to one special website you could be doing a very good Christmas deed.
Step up 7 UP, and their Up For Christmas initiative. All you have to do is head on over to the 7 UP website and share your snap of choice, then the nice people at 7 UP will donate €1 per picture to the Simon Community, a charity that helps the homeless. There are four types of snaps you can upload, houses, workplaces, people, and ‘all sorts’ – we can’t wait to see what makes it in to that category…
So far an impressive €13751 has been raised, so get in there and do your bit with the simple click of a button.
