Two Irish Authors Make Longlist For Man Booker Prize

Irish authors Joseph O’Neill and Niall Williams have made it onto the longlist for this year's Man Booker prize.

Irish authors Joseph O’Neill and Niall Williams have made it onto the longlist for this year’s Man Booker prize.

Also in the running are One Day author David Nicholls and Howard Jacobson who won the prize (worth £50,000) back in 2010 with his novel The Finkler Question.

The judges will reduce the list down to just six titles in September before the winner is announced on October 14th.
