There seems to be an apparent rise in awful Halloween costumes this year, with this 5th Grade Teacher from Alabama already making headlines for smothering himself in blackface. Heath Morrow and his wife Shannon decided to play homage to Kim and Kanye with their costumes. Shannon shared the image on Facebook saying “Haha some people thought Heath was really a black man.”
Morrow made a public apology for his decision to use the controversial fancy dress item.
