If you felt a little tender after hearing Adele’s ‘Hello’, you definitely aren’t alone.
The songstress has been known to pen a few tracks that tug at our heart strings and somehow manages to pinpoint exactly how we feel when we’re at our most vulnerable.
So if the tune had you mentally running through your ex-files, chances are the emotional ballad had you reaching for your phone.

Dating website WhatsYourPrice.com conducted a survey of 41,000 people, and found that 64 per cent of women thought about getting back together with an ex after hearing the ballad.
Maybe it was the lyrics, or the sentiment, or maybe it was the fact that every time Adele sings a song we melt into a puddle of lovelorn nostalgia.
The same couldn’t be said for men though, with just 17 per cent surveyed feeling the throwback trauma of a break-up after listening to the hit single.
‘Hello’ has been one of Adele’s greatest hits, having reached 27.7 million streams in 24hours.
The track later smashed records, selling more than 1.1 million digital songs in the first week.
It also became the first song ever to break the 1 million download mark on the Billboard charts.
Somehow, we’re not too sure this is a record she’s going to want to keep…
