We all put on a great front when the visitors are over at Christmas.
The candles will be lit and the perfect Christmas pudding will appear as if out of nowhere for the guests to enjoy.
But what goes on behind closed doors in the lead up to the Festive season in an Irish household can be less than savoury.
Christmas prep is no joke, and one Irish Mammy has taken to Facebook to vent about the lack of help around the house.
In what she described as almost a “pudding disaster”, Pat didn’t do the one thing she asked. Typical.
When she asked him if the water was ok on the puddings, he said yes.
Having second thoughts, she decided she’d check herself JUST in case, and low and behold, no water on the puddings.
To be precise “total zero NO WATER.”
The conclusion? She’ll just have to do everything herself and is now on Pudding Watch 2015.
