This Genius Kid Just Proved We’ve Been Doing Maths Wrong All These Years

We've always been of the opinion that maths teachers are just nosy. All that "show your work" and "what led you to that answer?" - just tell us if it's right or wrong and let us all move on with our lives. Well, this little chap has the perfect response to the annoying "show your process" question. When asked to solve a simple monetary problem, the six-year-old makes easy work of it (high five). But it's his next move that betrays his true genius. When asked to show his thinking, he literally draws himself thinking. The boy's mother uploaded the picture (which we think warrants being stuck on the fridge) to Imgur, along with the caption "This is why my kid is going places." Many commenters agreed that he's one to watch, with one rightly pointing out "he's not wrong" while others bemoaned the fact that he didn't get points for it. As for us... we're still stuck on the first part of the question. Honestly, we're not sure.
