Paige Yore is urging shoppers to think twice before complaining about customer service.
In a video uploaded to her Facebook page she describes a recent trip to Walmart which involved long queues and flustered shoppers.
Paige, from Colorado, explains how the cashier was incredibly flustered and repeatedly made mistakes, much to the annoyance of the woman ahead in line.
The woman began shouting at the boy. When he tried ringing her card through for the transaction, it was declined which annoyed the customer even more.
At this point, Paige decided to intervene and defended the young man. It was then that the cashier became overwhelmed and broke down crying. He explained that he had to work as his mother had just died and he needed to pay the rent.
Paige is seen in the video tearing up and reminds viewers not to judge, not to react to situations with haste and remember that everyone fights a battle.
My Friday experience….. This will hit home…. You never know who’s fighting what battle. Watch what you say…..
