This Airline’s Valentine’s Themed Flight Is Spectacular

They really pulled out all the stops for this one

Love it or hate it, Valentine’s Day is pretty much inescapable.

Everywhere you look, there are adverts and gift campaigns selling you the idea of romance for the 14th of February. Valentine’s mania has extended even further, if this airline’s stunt is anything to go by.

Scoot Airlines are a budget airline from Singapore who decided to make passengers on a certain flight feel extra-special. Mashable report that half-way through the flight, the plane became draped in rainbow lighting and The Cardigan’s Lovefool was piped through for the passengers.

Nick Renwick was on the flight with his partner and documented the whole thing on his Instagram.

He said: “Ok so @flyscootau is the coolest airline. Halfway through the flight, they turned on rainbow lighting and the song Lovefool then we got to do #wannabeascootee photo shoots.”

We do feel sorry for the singles that were on board the flight though. Oh well.
