Kia Parsons and Billy Bunning hit a glitch in the planning proceedings when Billy, a comic book aficionado, expressed his desire for a cake inspired by all things Marvel.

Kia, being more of a traditionalist, wanted a more classic, pretty cake with nothing quite so "out there".

At first glance at their wedding pictures, it might seem like Kia got her way. But this white, tiered cake concealed a big surprise...
