Described as a "private paradise" (yes, really), the recently restored home in Emsworth dates back to the eighteenth century, sits on 17 acres of gorgeous land, and even includes a zip line out the back.
Yeah, a zip line. In case you get bored with all the beauty and want to see it from a different angle, you know?
The home is surrounded by woodlands, stunning lawns, two pools, and orchard, and a plethora of gardens.
There's also a playing pitch and a tennis court if the above weren't enough for you.
The house itself includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a gym, a wine cellar, some garages, and - wait for it - a cinema room.
And don't even get us started on the interior.
Can't go wrong with a classic metro bathroom tile.
(Oh, and there's also a fully restored guest house containing two bedrooms and a bathroom as well, so you know, invite all your mates over, no bother.)
The house is currently on sale for a cool €7.5 million, which isn't all that much in the grand scheme of things.
Just get about 200 mates together and you'll be able to afford this place no problem.
