Ah, the Ken doll… known for whisking Barbie off her feet and being anatomically perfect.
In terms of moving with the times, the folks over at Mattel are ramping things up with a new line of Ken dolls and diversity is the name of the game.
In collaboration with GQ magazine, the new fashionista line was revealed via their Facebook account alongside the hashtag #TheDollEvolves, the collection boast a more diverse range of skin tones, eye colours, hairstyles, and fashions for Barbie as well as Ken!
The new offering also gifts Ken with 3 different body types: broad, slim, and original, the aim is to give people more choices for the ultimate storytelling experience.

As you can imagine, people have certain opinions about the new styles… yes, some of the looks are a little quirky, but we love the diversity.

Natural next step since the release of more physically diverse Barbie molds, but man-bun Ken should have flexible hair that could do more. https://t.co/pOfc8Jv3v5
