There’s a HUGE change coming to Instagram and it could divide opinion

When Instagram made the decision to change its newsfeed from chronological order, it’s no exaggeration to say many users were not happy. Ever since it’s been a point of annoyance for many who’ve begged the platform to quit the current algorithm-informed feed and go back to the good old days of newest content first. Well, looks like Instagram have heard those pleas and have been testing out the old chronological feed with many users noticing it appear on their feed already. “Instagram back to chronological order. I wonder if this is good or bad news,” wrote user @JackHarding. However, the change has not been rolled out across all accounts just yet as Instagram is just at the beta testing stage right now. And unfortunately for many, just because their testing the old feature does not mean they’ll revert to it. Whatever decision they do make, not everyone will be happy about it.
