The app, ReplyASAP, basically makes you impossible to ignore... but there is a catch.
The person has to download the app too, and accept you as a friend.
It's free to download, but you have to pay around €1 for every friend you have, and the more people that connect with you, the more the price goes up.
According to Cosmo, it's available on Android now and will be coming to iOS within the next week.
