Game of Thrones star Maisie Williams has teased what we can expect from her character in the upcoming season four.

Maisie, who plays Arya Stark, was speaking to Entertainment Weekly where she discussed the “unfortunate” luck that her character has been having so far.

Previous seasons have seen Arya torn away from her family and suspected dead.

“I feel like Arya deserves something good to happen,” she said. “She’s the most unfortunate character, nothing is going her way. She has powerful scenes, but not without a lot of mess-ups.”

“It’s frustrating for me to never have an accomplishing scene and I think frustrating for the audience as well. But I think that’s coming soon.”

“There is a dark turn in her that’s kind of frightening,” Maisie added.

“She’s learning a lot from The Hound and she’s being heavily influenced by that.

“She’s so young, she’s like a sponge and getting knowledge. She’s heavily influenced by people around her. Being next to The Hound she’s learning his brutal ways.”

Game of Thrones Season 4 premieres on HBO on April 6th at 9pm, and 2am April 7th on Sky Atlantic. The same episode will then air on Sky Atlantic at 9pm, April 7th.
