We may pack our wellies for Slane so…
Ah lads. Just when we were getting excited about festival season kicking off with Slane and Forbidden Fruit, we saw the weather forecast.
Met Éireann have released their weekend forecast and we’re not one bit happy.
The national forecaster are predicting widespread showers with gusty winds and below normal temperatures.
Great. Just great.
For all of you Slane goers, Saturday should be dry during the day, before rain hits later in the evening.
Sunday is set to be colder and cloudy, with heavy rain for Sunday night and Bank Holiday Monday.
All we can do in the meantime, is pray that this prediction for the following week is accurate.
The only way is up, right?
