The Kids in Temple Street Children’s Hospital Just Got Surprised With The World’s Biggest Selection Box

The most exciting time of the year (especially when you’re a child) is slowly creeping up on us. Unfortunately, for some of Santa’s little scribblers, they’ll have to share this year’s memories with their mams and dads in Temple Street Children’s Hospital. It’s never going to be easy to miss out on a family Christmas in your own home, but this generous act might just go some distance in helping make it feel that little bit easier. Sending in some snaps to our brothers over at JOE.ie, the team over at The Social House decided to create the world’s biggest selection box for the kids who have to wait that little bit longer on the wards this year. Speaking about the kind gesture, Colin Hart of the The Social House explained, "We built a ridiculously oversized selection box for the kids at Temple Street hospital. We’d like apologise in advance to the nurses who have deal with the heightened energy levels after the chocolate is scoffed." We can safely say the kids must feel like Christmas came early.
