The luck of the Irish.
The whole country has gone Conor McGregor mad since he became the UFC Interim Featherweight Champion in Vegas at the weekend.
However, one lad from Westmeath had a better weekend than most – thanks mainly to the gift of the gab.
Ken Delaney from Mullingar managed to blag his way into McGregor’s post-fight press conference, by telling people he needed to interview McGregor for the local papers.
Security on site bought the story and allowed him into the conference and even let him take some snaps with the man himself.
We’ll be keeping an eye on the Westmeath Topic and Examiner for that interview Ken – we’re sure it’s going to be great!
What a legend.
