Willie Wallace of Newtown, Co. Laois appeared on the national broadcaster last night to chat about the controversy surrounding the Irish Farmer's Association.
What got people talking, though, was his unique choice of hat, emblazoned with a hash leaf.
KCLR Live managed to track Willie down and find out who he's coping with the aftermath of his 15 seconds, and well, he's just not that into it.
He said he had "no interest" in talking about the hat anymore and so he "threw it on the fire".
However, he did use the opportunity to plug the museum he runs from his home and invited the radio station to interview him about that, nothing that he has "butter churns, old bicycles and all sorts".
