However, according to Fora Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe won't be gone forever, as it's moving location to the Ilac Centre.
The site did have some objections however, as pizza restaurant Skinflint will likely have to move location.
Businessman Kevin Macken, the owner of JoBurger, Crackbird and Skinflint, lodged an objection to the development in October last year as he has a contract to lease the premises until November 2021 for €70,000 a year.
Fora contacted Kevin and asked if he will move location, but he declined to comment on the matter.Life
