This is not the Bebo we once knew and loved…
It is the moment we’ve all been waiting on, (sort of), Bebo has returned and fret not folks, your old images will not be resurfacing to haunt you online.
There was a time when our dearest Bebo was the third largest social network in the world, selling just months before its downturn in 2008 to AOL for $850 million.
The company’s original founders decided to buy Bebo back (for a measly $1 million) and according to the site they “began brainstorming ways to re-invent it into something fresh”.
Bebo are now launching three new apps, each has its own name, style, and purpose. Blab Video Messenger, is the first app from the company and is available to download now on iPhone and Android.

So what is it? The app lets friends communicate using customisable cartoon characters.
Testing testing..it won’t be long now. #getready

Bebo’s catchy new slogan reads a little something like this:
We’re not so sure we’ll be downloading. We’re happy to remember it the way that we loved it.
