Grace’s Choice: Insta-Amazing

Grace says: For the last few weeks we have been featuring various Irish Instagram accounts that are worth a follow. This week I decided to take a look at an account belonging to the extraordinary talent that is Maser. Maser, a Dublin born artist, has been heavily involved in the international graffiti scene for over a decade. If you’re into graphics, typography and colour, this is definitely an Instagram you should be following.

Cathy’s Choice: The Beckham Family Out In Force For Fashion Week

Cathy says: Victoria Beckham launched her autumn/winter 2014 line in New York this week with husband David and her four children sitting FROW. Not only was it a gorgeous collection, but the selfie David took of him and Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and little Harper was all kinds of cute. I’m just a teeny tiny bit obsessed!

Úna’s Choice: Sleepy time

Úna says: When I came across this adorable Boston terrier puppy, I admit I had an “aww” moment. Taco, an 8-week-old puppy is feeling rather sleepy, and her owner has found a genius way at lulling her to sleep – by lullaby. It’s ridiculously cute and I guarantee that it’ll bring a smile to your face.

Sue’s Choice: It’s My Party…

Sue Says: My favourite story from this week was the story about the 10-year-old boy who didn’t have any friends to invite to his birthday party but his mother set up a Facebook page so that others could wish him a happy birthday. This brought tears to the eyes. Over 1 million people have now joined the Facebook page.

Rebecca’s Choice: A Very Unfortunate Mix-Up

Rebecca Says: This was my favourite story this week simply because it just shows that Samuel L Jackson is one of the coolest people on the planet and I think he deals with the situation really well while making sure the reporter won’t forget his mistake any time soon.

Marie’s Choice: One Amazing Friendship

Marie Says: My favourite story of the week had to be this one as I fell instantly for the adorable tale of Owen and Mzee. In keeping with the Valentine’s Day theme, I think this is a much cuter love story than whatever Hollywood is churning out this month!

Michelle’s Choice: An Epic Fail

Michelle Says: I know I shouldn’t have laughed at this, but I did. Again and again and again. Sue and I have been in training for the past few weeks with Life Style Sports and PB3 coaching, so I can picture this happening to me and it terrifies me, but there’s something about the smug way these guys talk about the ‘perfect conditions’ that makes what happens next really, really funny. I know that makes me a bad person.
