The Irish accent is a nice one (even if we do say so ourselves) so it comes as no surprise that it turns up in quite a few films and television shows. However on occasions, and we can feel ourselves cringing already, those attempting it haven’t done the best of jobs. In fact we’d tell them to never go for a role involving an Irish accent again.
