If you’re on a healthy eating kick, you’ll know all about the #EatClean hashtag that has a large following on social media.
While some people live and breathe the notion of clean eating, not everyone one wants to see it.
Case in point is Bella Younger, a 28-year-old comedian based in London who created an Instagram account entitled Deliciously Stella after she “spent four hours a day looking at Instagram and feeling bad about myself”.
It’s a parody account of the popular Deliciously Ella, created by ‘blogger and foodie’ Ella Woodward, who currently has a following of 612,000.
Chatting to Metro about the decision to start up Deliciously Stella, Bella said “I started the account on a particularly miserable day in London, when I’d had a packet of Hula Hoops for breakfast and someone had sneezed in my hair on the Tube.
“I went on Instagram and I was assaulted by pictures of avocado and poached eggs and people doing handstands on the beach.
The market seemed to be completely saturated with ‘Inspo’ so I thought it was time for some ‘Unspo”.
Thanks so much @spicerlife for my #raw #vegan lunch. My pudding was so sugary and delicious. I don’t know why everyone isn’t vegan! My only suggestion for the chef is that some tasty eggs and milk would make it a 10 out of 10. Have a happy Friday! #eatclean #gettheglow #vegan #cake #pudding #wellness #health #restaurant #critic #lunch #inspo #perksofthejob #lovemylife #everydaysacheatday #deliciouslystella A photo posted by Deliciously Stella (@deliciouslystella) on
