Rory McIlroy Did Something Very Sound For A Fan This Week

Barry Edwards somewhat jokingly commented on Rory’s Facebook post writing: “P.s. I still need a new Driver, any chance of one of your old Nike ones fella?”

However, what he probably didn’t expect was the professional golfer to reply saying no problem, and asking Barry to send him on his address.

Barry nearly fell out of his standing when he got the response, writing, “Seriously? I was joking lol…”

But Rory was adamant, responding, “No joke. Message me and I’ll have one shipped.

He also joked, “Can’t guarantee 320 yard drives though!!”
