Operation Transformation – RTÉ One (8.30pm)

This week Sergeant Mulcahy raises the bar with a military-style workout and Professor Niall Moyna checks back in with a Dundalk school.

 

Royal Babies – TV3 (8.30pm)

Using footage of the Queen herself as well as Prince William and Prince Harry, this show predicts what might lie ahead for the next royal baby.

 

Africa – BBC One (9.00pm)

To finish the incredible series Sir David Attenborough takes a look at the challenges and threats to the continent’s wildlife.

 

The Good Girl – TG4 (11.15pm)

Jennifer Aniston and Jake Gyllenhaal star in this drama about a woman who is fed up with her small-town life and seeks solace in a younger man.
