Strictly Come Dancing – BBC One (7.00pm)

Will Nicky Byrne live to dance another day? Or will Denise Van Outen be the celebrity to leave the competition this week? As usual, you’ll have to tune in to find out!

X Factor Results – TV3 (7.40pm)
