Kelly Black was reportedly walking her dog Paco in Jacksonville, Florida when she was fatally struck by a semi-truck in the car park of a grocery store.

According to Action News Jax, police were called to the scene at approximately 6:15am on Friday morning after the hit-and-run incident took place.
The victim’s dog Paco, who was a rescue dog from Hurricane Katrina, stayed at the scene of the accident and lay on the ground where his owner had passed away until family members came to retrieve him.
