Recipe: A Perfect Pineapple and Banana Sunrise Smoothie

Happy Monday! We’re kickstarting the day with a delicious pineapple smoothie that’s so easy and simple to make.

The ingredients make up a not-too-sweet smoothie that’s full of refreshing flavours.

Perfect Pineapple Sunrise


  • 400g chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup raspberries (can be fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsps sugar

Pop them all into your smoothie blender and blitz till smooth. Best used on the day.
