We all have done it, hours of time over-thinking, analysing, dissecting each and every date we have had with that someone special, all in a bid to find some clue, just one clue as to WHY they haven't said the big L word yet. And a lot of girls will admit that unfortunately, it took them to say "I love you" first for the guy to even think of mustering up those words of affection. But why, WHY do we have to be the instigators, why don't they just say it first? We have heard all their shite excuses for not sharing their feelings like "you know I'm not good with words" to "you express your feelings way better than I do" and to be honest it's all a load of BS. So now thanks to a thread on Reddit, real men have shared the real reasons (not the fluffy crap excuses the feed us), the REAL truth on why they haven't said "I love you" yet. Some will give you hope, others will diminish it but the truth behind why those words left unsaid is finally here.

They are afraid it's not a two way street.

 

Because they haven't found it.

 

They feel it will complicate things.

 

Too much time has passed and they feel it's too late.

 

They simply do not feel that way.

 

Because there is someone else involved.

 

Because they doesn't want anything serious.

 

Work plays a part.

 

Because they don't feel equal.

 

Because there is still uncertainty.
