Yes, you read that completely correctly. Häagen-Dazs have introduced two new flavours to their line of treats: carrot and tomato.
Though currently only available in Japan, the two new vegetable flavours are part of their “Spoon Vege” series, so basically you get to eat “vegetables” as a dessert. To date they’ve announced “Tomato Cherry” and “Carrot Orange” flavours.
According to the press release translated by RocketNews24, these ice creams will contain about 8.5% milk fat, which is only a little over half what a normal tub of Häagen-Dazs usually contains.
The new flavours will be available from May 12th – would you dare try these flavours?
