Turn up, wear ridiculous outfits and embarrass the bride or groom to be.
All pretty standard.
Unless you’re Mark Longley – whose ‘friends’ thought it would be great craic to cover his face in pubes.
According to Metro UK, the pubes belonged to ’20 to 40 men’ and were sent to the best man’s house by post.
And being best man, he dutifully glued these strangers’ pubic hair to the groom’s face while taking photos.
In fairness, who wouldn’t want to remember the time they resembled a human Alf?
We just feel sorry that a poor bride now has to kiss that mouth.
*Shudders*
Yep, that’s one way to dampen those flames of passion…
