On one dog day afternoon, a little pooch decided to take a stroll around his back garden when he became wedged in a fence.
Posted by a Japanese Twitter user, this Shiba Inu was caught in a hedge trap last week, with the caption of his capture ‘It’s stuck’ retweeted more than 12,000 times and favourited over 11,000 times before the snaps were removed.
Users quickly started investigating the photos, and on second inspection, it was decided that the curious little dog was more likely to just have poked his head through to see what was happening on the other side of the fence:
