PIC: One Irish Girl Made A Hilarious Complaint To Lucozade Ireland… Their Response Is EPIC

This may go down as one of the best customer care replies of all time. This week Katie Yore had a serious problem. She was mid argument with her boyfriend when she realised her favourite weapon – the top of her sports bottle – had dramatically changed. Being the pro-active woman that she is, Katie took straight to Facebook to make her feelings known: Ever conscious that the customer is always right, Lucozade Sport Ireland replied with a solution to Katie’s dilemma. Rather than admitting a failure in their new bottle cap, they decided to impart a small gift in Katie’s direction to make up for the disappointment.
