Planning permission for what will be Dublin's tallest office building has just been approved. The EXO will stand at 73 metres high when work is completed and the 224,500 sq. ft. office building will be able to accommodate 2,000 workers. Image via savills.ie Located in the point village, the NAMA-funded building should be completed in 24 months. The project will cost €80m and is expected to create 350 jobs. The Point Village is one of the few locations in Dublin where the construction of high rise buildings is permitted. Currently, the tallest building is The Montevetro Building,  owned by Google, which stands at 67 metres.
