People are NOT happy with The Sun’s front-page coverage of Muhammad Ali’s death

No need.

Laura Holland

People around the world have been paying tribute to the late great Muhammad Ali.

The boxing legend died at the age of 74 after being admitted to hospital for respiratory complications. Most newspaper and media outlets have been giving him the respect he deserves by honouring him with powerful front page headlines.

Some included famous words of wisdom from the star, others simply read ‘The Greatest’. Whether or not you knew much about him, we all knew of Muhammad Ali and know that his death should be treated with respect.

One newspaper outlet, however, decided to opt for a more ‘catchy’ headline and threw respect out the window.

The Sun ran with, ‘Float like a butterfly, sting like R.I.P’.

And as you might expect, people are not one bit impressed.
