This Penneys Winnie the Pooh mug is the new Chip Cup

*UPDATE* Some of our eagle-eyed users are telling us they definitely HAVE seen this mug in Penneys in Ireland. It seems that it is old stock, however, and may not be currently available.

Earlier this year, what could only be described as 'Chip Cup mania' hit Ireland.

Yes, the humble Beauty And The Beast crockery was priced as a wholly reasonable €6 and was a complete sell-out once in landed in Penneys stores. Now, however, there is a new mug in town: namely this ADORABLE Winnie The Pooh version.

It's priced at €7 and is already causing something of an Insta-stir online. BUT there is some bad news: this adorable mug is not available in Ireland. Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, UK, and Belgium are all luckier than we are - with the Winnie The Pooh mug landing in Primark stores in those countries. Which means; if you know someone who lives in those regions, or you yourself are going on holidays there some time soon... make sure to nab one!
