This parrot is all of us trying to get the attention of someone we fancy

Ah, the single life.

Solo Netflix binges, share bags of snacks all to ourselves, not having to wear a bra whenever we’re indoors – it’s great. However, whenever we do get the urge to woo someone, we’re often left seeing tumbleweeds – just me? OK, then. That’s why we (I) find this parakeet and his efforts so incredibly relatable.

In a bid to make friends, this eager parakeet invades the personal space of familiar looking items. Dancing, swaying and pecking, he tries desperately to get their attention and form a bond.
