As we start to gear up for the 2016 General Election, it’s safe to say all bets are off.
Unles you want to put some money on Paddy Power causing a stir.
The betting agency, known for their controversial approach to marketing, have erected a poster on Dublin’s George’s Street – using one of the most iconic images from the marriage referendum to show Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny and Fianna Fáil’s Micheál Martin ‘embrace coalition’.
Spotted by Gavan Reilly of Today FM, the poster is hanging over Soder+Ko restaurant on George’s Street – which previously homed The Dragon nightclub:

The poster is based on the iconic marriage equality mural by Roscommon artist Joe Caslin, who painted the embracing male figures on the side of a building George’s Street in Dublin.
